when cashing out, there are times that a "whatever" button would work
better than a "yes" one. If you have cashed out to the wrong email
address, we have two options. First, if that email address is really
yours, you can add it to your payment processor's main account and
you'll receive the associated payment. The second option is for you to
contact us using a support ticket so that we can try to cancel the
transfer but it's not always possible.

Sometimes it may happen that we don't receive payment confirmations from the payment processors or they can delay their delivery.
Either way, you can always contact us using a support ticket and we'll take a look into it.
Please read the following causes and you'll likely find one that suits your situation:
USING ALERTPAY
- Probably
you've paid using an AlertPay email address different from the one you
have configured here at Jadzcore. In this case, all you need to do is send
a support ticket with the purchase's reference number
(xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx) and we'll process it as soon as we take a look at
your ticket.
Please pay attention that if the purchase was made using an AlertPay email address from another Jadzcore user, it will be this user that will be credited and no transfer to your account will be made. - Probably you've paid using an unverified AlertPay account. We only accept payments made from verified AlertPay accounts.
USING PAYPAL
- Probably you've paid using an unverified PayPal account. We only accept payments made from verified PayPal accounts. In this case, a refund is automatically issued and PayPal takes care of crediting you back. Depending on the method of payment you've used, they can either credit you instantly or it can take a few days.
GENERAL
These are the most common cases.
Sometimes it may happen that we don't receive payment confirmations from the payment processors or they can delay their delivery.
Either way, you can always contact us using a support ticket and we'll take a look into it.
» How do I enable / disable AutoPay?
All you have to do now is click on "Enabled" or "Disabled" option next
to AutoPay (shown on the top of the listing) to toggle its status.
» What is Autopay?
AutoPay is one way to extend your referrals automatically.
If you have AutoPay enabled, on the first click a referral makes per day, you'll pay to keep that referral for an extra day.
If the referral does not click, you won't pay him for another day.
In other words, you'll pay one day in advance to your referral's due date.
AutoPay is also cheaper for you because you save 15% of a whole month's rent.
The value for each referral/day will be deducted from your rental balance.
If your rental balance has insufficient funds, it will deduct from your main balance.
If both balances have insufficient funds, it won't be triggered and will only work again when one of the balances has enough funds.
If you have AutoPay enabled, on the first click a referral makes per day, you'll pay to keep that referral for an extra day.
If the referral does not click, you won't pay him for another day.

» How do I receive commissions from my direct referrals' purchases?
You'll receive a commission from your direct referrals' purchases based on these simple rules:
- The purchase has to be made using any of our payment processors.
- It will be available for purchases of any kind of services.
- The commission will be credited to your main balance.
» How is the limit of direct referrals calculated?
Direct referral limit is depend on your membership account type.

» For how long do I rent referrals?
You always rent referrals for 30 days.
You can always extend them for periods in 30 days blocks or daily using AutoPay.

» How to rent referrals?
First, go to your account summary.
If you don't have available funds in your purchase balance, click the "Add Fund" beside the purchase balance and you'll find options on how to add funds to it.

To recycle a single referral, the easiest method is to tick the checkbox
of the referrals you wanted to recycle and at the button choose an
action "i want to recycle them"
Click it and then just confirm that you really want to.

To recycle a group of referrals, just tick every checkbox at the end of each referral's row.
Then, scroll to the end of the listing and you'll see an option asking you what you want to do with the referrals you selected.
You may want to do many things to or with them but we only give you the options listed there.
Just select that you want to recycle them and confirm.
Click it and then just confirm that you really want to.

» I'm not getting credited for my referrals clicks
This may happen for various reasons.
The typical reason is when you don't follow the rules defined in point 3.5 of our terms of service.
Sometimes you click daily but you forget that it has to be daily at the server's time (as defined).
Being so, you won't get credited by your referral's clicks tomorrow if you don't click today.
You can always check in your chart of clicks made at server's time to see if you did or didn't click the day before.
Other reasons may be invalid clicks.
Whenever a referral (or you) makes one invalid click (using autoclickers, not having scripts enabled, etc), that click won't be credited back to you.

If a rented referral disappears, it can only mean that the rental expired.
Rented referrals have a due date that must be met so that they continue to be yours.
In any case, you need to extend their rental before it ends.
If a direct referral disappears, it can only mean that the referral's account was permanently suspended. As it would be redundant to have an inactive referral, he/she is removed from your account.
If a rented referral disappears, it can only mean that the rental expired.

To recycle or extend multiple referrals, you first need to select them.
To do so, just tick the checkbox at the very end of each referral's row.
You can select all referrals in the page at once by ticking the checkbox on the top right of the listings header.
Once you select the referrals you want, just scroll down to the listing's footer and you'll see an option where you can select to recycle or extend all selected referrals.
Then, all you need to do is click on "Click here to confirm" and the action will be processed.
To do so, just tick the checkbox at the very end of each referral's row.
